3. Nuts

Nutritionists claim that eating 1.5 ounces of nuts daily can reduce the risk of heart disease. It's best to choose unsalted and unflavoured nuts. You can also have nuts in the form of peanut butter spread evenly on a slice of whole-wheat toast.

4. Kiwis

Kiwis are densely rich in vitamin C and make for a light and satisfying snack. Kiwis are a natural source of serotonin, which promotes relaxation and promotes the feeling of fullness.
